Snow in Globe! A strange phenomenon . . .

Normally, Globe doesn't have snow. However, I went there for Christmas break and it snowed. It followed me home. . .it was snowing when I left Show Low and a couple days later it snowed in Globe. Here are the photos.

Horrible Blogger - Europe Photos

So I am completely terrible at keeping up a blog and/or journal. I took pictures in Globe over break and meant to put them on here, but I forgot. I will do that soon. SNOW!!!!

So it snowed! Twice now! Yay for snow. We have had two snow days. Here are some pictures from our first snow! However, it has all melted. Sad days! We are supposed to get more soon though!

Sad Days

So for all of you who wants to know if Bo is coming to the family Christmas Party, no he is not. Sadly our relationship only lasted a little more than three weeks. He broke it off a week ago. It was hard and still is, but I'm ok. We're still friends and I'm not bitter. :) It was just not the right time or perhaps not the right guy. Oh well!

So this be Bo. It's not a very good picture I texted it to my email from my cell phone. It does him no justice. Just thought you all you would like to see the man who takes up my spare time! He is such a great guy! I am a very lucky girl.

Two Weeks

So it's been two weeks since Bo and I started dating exclusivly and things are going great! We went to a wedding reception last night and we have plans to go on a picnic tonight. The funny thing is that everytime we hang out together on a saturday we are chaparoned. His parents have gone out of town the past two weekend and he has had to babysit his 11 year old brother. So he hangs out with us. Last weekend the three of us went bowling. Bo is losing his hair and most people thinks he's about 36. While bowling there were two couples next to us who we were talking to us. The one woman kept saying things to me that implied that he was our son. Then she was checking out my ring finger to see if I was married. It was kinda funny to think that they thought that Cole was Bo and I's son. Bo and I were talking last night and he said that Cole would have to hang out with us again and that he could be our son. He is such a goof ball.
I met his family five days into our relationship. He has three brother, Garrett - who is older and married, Wyatt who is going on his mission soon, and Cole who is 11. A week ago Thursday, I ditched institute and went and helped his dad and him take apart and load up a kitchen that his dad made. It was a fun six hours and Bo said it ment alot to him. :-) He's a great guy. We are exact opposites! It's kinda funny. I am the bookworm teachers pet and he is the athletic class clown. I really enjoy hanging out with him!!!!
In other news. . . there is only five more weeks of school left! Eik! I still have to read all of To Kill a Mocking Bird and get through 1920-2000 in history class! Thats a very scary thought. Then I get a two week deserved break. If you're confused its okay. My school is on a semester system: four classes a day for an hour and half each. A semester equals a year of information. It's very crazy!

My Life So Far

Hello Everyone! So I had to get a blog for this class I am taking, so I decided that since I have it I should use it for more than just school. Here is my first attempt, we shall see how it goes. For all of you who don't know, I'll recap a little bit. First off, I am currently living in Show Low, Arizona. I work at Show Low High School. I teach 11th grade Honors English and US/AZ History. It's pretty fun. I live in this cute little trailer in a strange trailer park. I have a roommate and her name is Lisa. She is currently getting her third bachelors degree. I go to the singles branch in Snowflake. There are about fifty to one hundred people and we have activities once a month. Lets see. . . these past three weeks have been amazing! School is going better. Finished one quarter about two weeks ago. Just one more quarter and I get to learn ninety more students names! Lucky me. As for the singles ward, I am working my way out of it. ;) I met a guy a couple weeks ago and decided to ask him out. After that, we went out a couple more times. We decided that we liked each other and now I have a boyfriend. Yay! His name is Bo Mortensen. He's 21, recent RM, and a redhead! Yay hooray for redheads! Eventually I get some pictures to put on here and it will be less boring!
